What is OpenBT?
OpenBT is a read-only search site for public BitTorrent metadata. It organizes names, Infohashes, file lists, sizes, and indexed dates available through the public DHT network into a searchable and verifiable index.
OpenBT does not host, relay, cache, or store any file content referenced by torrents, and it does not provide downloading, uploading, or seeding services.
Our operating boundaries
Metadata only
Displays public descriptive information such as resource names, file paths, sizes, Infohashes, and indexed dates.
No file transfers
A search result does not mean that OpenBT possesses, controls, or can provide the corresponding files.
Rights and law
Provides a clear removal request process and requires use only where permitted by local law.
