Removal requests
If you believe an index record infringes your lawful rights, you may request removal of the corresponding metadata from the OpenBT search index. OpenBT cannot delete original data from distributed networks or control third-party sites.
Required materials
- The OpenBT entry URL and its 40-character Infohash.
- Your relationship to the relevant rights and materials sufficient to support the request.
- The specific information to remove, the reason for the request, and the applicable region.
- Valid contact details for identity verification and receiving the outcome.
If materials are incomplete, the object cannot be identified, or a request clearly exceeds site control, we may request more information or be unable to act. Do not send unrelated sensitive information.
